How to collect and map primary fieldwork data in ArcGIS Online

About Esri ArcGIS Online

ArcGIS Online is a new Web GIS from Esri that will allow all schools to start teaching with GIS and meet the requirements of the new geography curriculum. It is available as a free single user account or as a school subscription for a newly reduced price of £100 + VAT per year.  ArcGIS Online can be accessed through a browser, mobile apps or Microsoft Office (2010 and above) and pupils can easily access it from home. It comes preloaded with maps, imagery and data from around the world including UK Census data. It also has tutorials and lesson ideas to help you get started plus curriculum and technical support from Esri UK.
