Description Small group work has been found to be very effective in improving social behaviour. This course will look at practical ideas for running small groups to help students manage their own behaviour. These may be set up as part of a PRU or other student support work in the school. Implementation, management and practical strategies will be explored. This course is suitable for behaviour support staff, SENCOs and managers.
