This course is a must if you want to take your leadership to the next level. It will equip you with the skills and strategies to lead high performing teams focused on results. It will address context, culture, mindset and CPD that positively impacts performance.
You will be taken through a 4-step process to develop strategy, refine tactics and understand processes that inspire talent and drive performance. How to build a coaching and inquiry culture that attracts and retains talent? How to develop teams so that performance is enhanced? These and those other questions are addressed in this course.
